We are unable to accept returned orders where the product has been worn or damaged after purchase, so we recommend trying your shoes on inside on a carpeted surface to ensure you’ve chosen the best style and size.

If due to stock levels we cannot provide you with an exchange we will automatically issue you with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment.

Return Postage Cost
Please provide your postage cost receipt together with your returned order and we will cover the postage cost up to $15.00 NZD. Please note this service does not apply to sale items. We do not accept refunds or cover the postage cost on sale items so please choose carefully. The postage cost will be added to your account and you will be able to use it as a credit for your next order.
Customers are covered for 30 days after the original purchase date if there is a defect, fault or failure due to the manufacturing process. Shoes and accessories damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We highly recommend that any returns being sent back to us is visibly stated as a "return" on your parcel, to make the process through customs more efficient.

Leather is a natural product, and there can be markings or variations in its appearance which are characteristics of the material.
Using a protective spray should be the very first thing you do when you receive your leather goods. All footwear and handbags, whether they are suede or leather, needs to be protected with synthetic water proofer before use. Luiza Marchiori would recommend Woly Combi Care Water Proofing Spray (Shop Woly Combi Care Water Proofing Spray by going to our home page, click on Shop>>>Accessories >>> Shoe care).
Reapply protector every 3-4 weeks to keep the leather soft and resilient. We recommend using a waterproofing treatment regularly, that is best suited to the upper material of your shoes.
Shoes and handbags should be stored in a dry place, out of direct sunlight. Grime and water stains may cause irreversible marking.
Leather can go mouldy when it has been in contact with water. If your shoes get wet, please allow them to dry naturally. Do not put them under direct sunlight or artificial heat.
Patent & Metallic Leather - can be rejuvenated with Vaseline. Use a soft cloth and gently apply a small amount to your product. Rub gently until surface is shiny.
Nappa - for stronger leathers protect, waterproof and moisturizer should be used to prevent any unwanted marks or variations.
Suede & Nobuck leather footwear and handbags should be regularly brushed with a soft suede brush. Minor stains and marks may be removed with a suede eraser.
Be sure to test any care products on a spot of the leather that is not easily visible.
Always apply cleaning and protective product to a soft cloth, not directly to the shoe.
Buying clothes built to last is one thing — but there's a lot you can do to make them endure. We carefully chose the brands we work with to make sure we provide an amazing product to our lovely customers. To make sure.
Wash Gently - for a long lasting product we recommend our customers to wash their clothes gently (hand-wash can make your clothes last even longer).
