Q: What sizes do you offer?


We offer our shoes in European, AU, US sizes. Our sizes are very standard. The brands we work have been manufacturing and exporting to countries across the globe for years.



Q What is your delivery timeframe? *Please note: Due to COVID19, some products delivery may take longer than the stated delivery times below. You will be notified.

Estimated delivery overnight for shipments in Urban New Zealand if collected before 3pm.
Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days for shipments in Rural New Zealand.
Estimated delivery in Urban Australia is 4-7 working days.
Estimated delivery in Rural Australia is 4-12 working days.
Estimated delivery internationally is 7-14 working days.



Q: What are your shipping costs?


- On order over $100 we offer FREE delivery WORLDWIDE.

- For orders under $100 within New Zealand, we offer a flat fee of $10 for clothes, shoes & handbags worldwide & 10.00 NZD for jewellery deliveries.

- For overseas orders under $100, we offer a flat fee of $29 for clothes, shoes & handbags worldwide & jewellery deliveries.

 

Q: What freight companies do you use?

For New Zealand orders, we use NZ Courier Post. For Australian orders we use NZ Courier & DHL. For the rest of the world we use DHL.


All parcels must be signed for on delivery, please make sure you are sending your item to a place where someone can sign for you if needed. If you work business hours remember you can request it to be sent to your place of work to receive your parcel as soon as possible.



Q: Goods and Service Tax for order outside New Zealand and Australia.


Please note on orders being delivered to countries other than New Zealand or Australia may incur customs or import duty fees when the order reaches its destination country. These must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies and charges will vary from country to country. We'd recommend contacting your local customs office for further information



Q: Does Luíza Marchiori offer item exchanges or returns?


It’s Important for us that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If the your items simply don't fit, or if you're not happy with them for any reason, then we'll happily exchange them, or provide a full refund. Please note we offer a friendly 30 days policy refund. Please refer to our Full Return Policy.

Q: How do I care for my shoes?


Your beautiful leather shoes and hand bags are natural products. There will be from time to time some variations in the look and feel, these are characteristics of the leather. Please refer to Care instructions.   

 

Q: How do I care for my clothes? 

Wash Gently - for a long lasting product we recommend our customers to wash their clothes gently (hand-wash can make your clothes last even longer).

Iron in Order. The correct ironing order is: collar, cuffs and then the rest of the shirt, says Colban. 

Avoid Dryers. They will break down the fibers of the fabric and cause the garment to shrink and age prematurely.

 

Q: How do I care for my Jewellery? 

Avoid contact with liquids.

 

Q: What do you mean by exclusive pieces? 

Our products are 50 units or less per style, which makes them very special & exclusive.
