We also ship worldwide. Your new shoes will be shipped with either DHL or NZ Courier.
Congratulations on your purchase! We are sure you're going to love your shoes. But if for any reason you don’t, you’re more than welcome to return them in an unworn condition, along with the original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we try to make shopping online with us as risk-free as possible.
We are unable to accept returned orders where the product has been worn or damaged after purchase, so we recommend trying your shoes on inside on a carpeted surface to ensure you’ve chosen the best style and size.
All postage costs will be covered by the customer.
If due to stock levels we cannot provide you with an exchange we will automatically issue you with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment.
We recommend that you use a tracked courier service as we are not responsible for items that are not received.
Customers are covered for 90 days after the original purchase date if there is a defect, fault or failure due to the manufacturing process. Shoes and accessories damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
